During busy seasons, holiday periods, or high-volume order times, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. Customers will be notified by email if there are significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct, including apartment/unit numbers, street address, city, state, and ZIP code. JOSEPH TRADE LIMITED COMPANY is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges will apply if a returned package needs to be reshipped.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your order is confirmed lost during transit, contact our customer support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking information.

Damaged Items: If your electronic product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item, original packaging, and shipping box. Our support team will review and resolve the issue promptly.
